Description

Established and growing packaging company seeks a talented and experienced HVAC Mechanical Engineer to join from their Hartsfield, SC site and travel 40%.

Must have a BS in ME or related discipline.

Must have 10 or more years experience detailed design experience in heavy industrial facility HVAC/R, compressed air distribution and chilled water systems.

Must be proficient using AutoCAD.

The successful candidate will report to the Manager, Corp. General Engineering Dept. He/she will work with all business units of the company to support facility mechanical construction, maintenance, and production support system requirements. He/she will work safely and promote safety in their work. He/she will develop designs, drawings, specifications and cost estimates to meet the needs of the company's facilities located throughout North America. He/she will oversee the project budget, schedule, and provide onsite equipment installation management to ensure the requirements of the project are achieved. He/she will use their in-depth knowledge of Dust Collection systems, Material Handling systems and all other facility mechanical systems such as wells, pumps, potable water, sewers and lift stations to achieve company objectives.

The salary range is $100,000.-$127,000. with a negotiable signing bonus and full relocation package.
