A Healthcare organization seeks a talented Human Resources Business Partner Director to join at its Springfield, MA office.
Must have a Bachelors degree in a related field.
Must have 10+ years of relevant and progressively responsible roles in human resources, including human resources/business partner generalist role.
Must have demonstrated expertise influencing, facilitating, and driving change.
Desired is current healthcare experience.
Desired also is 12-15 years hands-on HR experience across multiple HR domains.
SHRM Certification or other professional designation, and an advanced degree are preferred.
The selected candidate will be responsible for providing professional consultative HR guidance and delvery of HR Business Partner Services to the organization, geographically assigned business units, leaders, and management teams through effective strategic architecting and tactical delivery of the human resources function. He/she will have a deep understanding of the business needs, organizational culture, and team members. Included is work in talent management and succession planning, diversity and inclusion, rewards and recognition, organizational effectiveness, compensation strategy and workforce planning. He/she will play a key role leading and managing the organization's people strategy and continued evolution of the HR Business Partner function.
Salary levels are $120,000.-$160,000. with a 10% target bonus and a negotiable signing bonus.
Travel is required up tp 20%.
