A large healthcare organization seeks a talented Broker Sales Manager for its Detroit, MI location.
Must have Medicare sales experience, 3-5 years min.
Must have broker management experience.
Must have good verbal and presentation skills.
Must have appropriate MI State licensure to sell health/life insurance.
Must have an Associate's degree.
Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Prefer experience with Salesforce and Tableau.
The successful candidate will develop strategic sales plans to ensure the Medicare Broker channel is positioned to meet its strategic and sales targets. He/she will provide routine engagement of Brokers and Agencies to build relationships and promote the organization's Medicare Plans. He/she will conduct ongoing education/training to multiple levels of Broker/Agency/Field Marketing Organization partners related to the organization's products, programs, and processes. The selected candidate will partner with the Marketing team to create campaigns, methods, and collateral to be used in the sales process to ensure consistent branding across grassroots marketing, collateral development, and messaging. He/she will serve as a Subject Matter Expert on the organization's Medicare plans and maintain all current product certifications and appropriate licensure.
The salary range is $60,000.-$80,000..
