Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Requires 5 years professional experience in the field of cloud services.

Requires a current TS/SCI Clearance and Full Scope Poly. INDICATED ON THE RESUME.

Must have experience working with Avaya CM implementation and service related work.

Must have technical working knowledge and experience with Communications Manager, Session and System Manager.

Must have technical working knowledge and experience with Session initiation Protocol.

Must have knowledge and experience with Avaya's Contact Center Portfolio.

The selected candidate will have overall responsibility for developing testing strategy and plans with our client, cross-service teams, and third party partners. He/she will have a deep understanding and extensive experience with Avaya architecture, design, implementation, and testing. The ability to do global deployments and stay on top of latest trends and technologies is desirable.

Salary range is $110,200.-$148,800.
