LWRSR is led by Daniel Webster, who has over 25 years of General Management experience in both manufacturing and service businesses, He has served in roles in which he has supervised finance and accounting, manufacturing and supply chain, sales and marketing, engineering and R&D including information technology, as well as product and program management. Daniel, over the last decade, has placed people in positions in various interdisciplinary roles in organizations locally and throughout the U.S. and Europe. Daniel is familiar with building teams from his own General Management experience, including 8 M&A transactions. He is familiar with clients who do business with government and commercial organizations both large and small. Daniel holds a B.S. in Engineering and Management from Clarkson University, and an M.B.A. from The University at Albany, NY.

Ms. Kimberly Webster received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Amherst College and her law degree from Northeastern University School of Law. At Northeastern, Ms. Webster spearheaded a symposium and law review issue devoted to cutting-edge employment law topics and was also President of the Employment and Labor Law Association. Before law school, she gained experience working with biotechnology research grants and patents, and she has since completed legal internships with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission as well as the preeminent employment law firm Outten & Golden. She is a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association. Ms. Webster is a member of the Bar in New Jersey and New York.
